Greedy

Well with the weather changing I put a few days worth of raw in a sealed container in the garage to defrost.

Pressed the button on the electric key fob and watched my three labs eyes as the door closed on their prize.

They followed it all the way to the bottom and then looked at me in discust

The next morning I was reminded early, first with a bark or two, to wake me up and then by a mauling of effection .

They knew what was for breakfast and couldn't wait one more second.

I picked the fob up and watched their eyes Witness the door elevate in the opposite direction as before.

They ran to the garage and sat and scrutinised my every movement

Unsealing the box delicately Taking each block out of its wrapping and placing it in to their bowl.

No sooner had The block of raw meat touch the bottom of the bowl they pounced.

Devouring it instantly, then watched me reseal the box and place it on top of the freezer.

I got the fob and closed the door as before their eyes again focusing beyond the door to the prize they so much desired

The next day my wife was up and about before me and Unkowingly Opened the garage door and Allowed The dogs out onto the garden.

When I arrived downstairs the dirty deed Had been done.

They had entered the garage pulled the box from the top of the freezer devoured the contents leaving the evidence of wrappers all around.

When I walked into the garage it was like a crime scene all around me the evidence of the grand theft, three innocent onlookers staring at me in disbelief.

Not showing a morsel of or guilt.

Popcorn,Tango and Mom giving nothing away

Each looked at me as though butter wouldn't melt in their mouths

Momo, looked as if to say where is my breakfast daddy, Popcorn looking a little slyer looked as if to say what's going on here and And Tango, well just licked her lips.
