A BAD DOG OWNER

I can remember the day, I had just got into the pet food industry and selling a few bits and bobs in our first shop and I started reading more and more about the dog foods that we sold.

I will not Labour this point because the post would go on forever.

At the time I had already been through, the lives of four fantastic dogs, Shep, Tara, Dixie and My first black lab Tanny was now getting into her senior years.

I was a bad owner to these dogs, no I wasn’t cruel, yes they had plenty of love and walks but I never took the time to understand what they where eating.

I never read the labels on the bags of kibble,

yes I even fed my dogs the dreaded food Bakers

Now you may say that’s not that bad.

But what if you looked on at me as a parent and I took my children to Macs for every meal.

im sure people would soon be talking

now that’s more or less what we are doing to our dogs when feeding it kibble full of E numbers.

just a few minutes reading and I would have understood why Tanny was a total nut case who literally ran round the walls
